     Zachary Bright on "Liberty: What's It Good For?"
 

Zachary Bright will explore what we should mean by the ideal of liberty. What are its grounds? What are its limits? How does it fit with other ideals for human flourishing? 

Is something more needed besides laissez-faire economics to live an excellent life?

The Rev. Zachary Bright has been pastor of Divine Savior Presbyterian Church in Irwindale, CA since 1995. He has been director of the Southern California C.S. Lewis Society for about as long

Bright earned a B.A. in Religion and Philosophy from Azusa Pacific University and a M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. His interests include music, philosophy, and politics.

At one time or another, Bright has held many political stances, from left to right. He is currently a libertarian fellow traveler.
