Brock d'Avignon will advocate free market health care reform, explaining how competition can provide universal, comprehensive medical and preventative care.  He will demonstrate how "Percentage As You Earn (PAYE) Finance and Finansurance can achieve modern results.

     About the Speaker:
 

Brock d'Avignon is a history and economics teacher whose research has been encouraged by Milton Friedman, Jack Kemp, William E. Simon Jr., Art Laffer, and Karl Hess

Brock has a media background.  He is a founding member of the International Society for Individual Liberty (ISIL), the Future of Freedom Conferences, and an Innovatory for Freedominum (IF).

He pioneered the PhoneVoter TV Network with Samuel E. Konkin III.
